Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to love everything you order from FitFizz India. If something’s not quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Return Window

You can return products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The product seal must remain intact.
  • Returns must include all original components (e.g., promotional items if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales.
  • Items received as part of promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) unless all associated items are returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@fitfizz.in or call us at 1800-XXX-XXXX (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

  2. Share your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund.

Refund Timeline & Deductions

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you used FizzCoins (our loyalty points), their value will be deducted from the refund.
  • A reverse shipping fee of ₹200 may apply for returns without valid reasons.

Damaged or Missing Items

Received something damaged or incomplete?

  • Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or unsealed.
  • Record a video while opening the package and take clear photos of the item and outer packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fitfizz.in with this evidence.
  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement within 5–6 working days.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel an order before it is shipped by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
